“My father destroyed our family unit… He tortured us emotionally and physically.”
Social media personality Kemi Olunloyo has rejected public condolences over the death of her father, former Oyo State Governor Victor Omololu Olunloyo. “I am NOT part of the Olunloyo family anymore,” she posted on Facebook, maintaining her stance from 2024.
In a video, Kemi accused her late father of emotional and physical abuse: “My father destroyed our family unit.”
She further alleged, “My father was into ‘juju’ heavily… occult practices.”
Though she said she had forgiven him, she maintained, “I am not condoling with anybody.”
Kemi also blamed her stepmother, Aderonke Olunloyo, for deepening family tensions, including restricting access to her father post-2021 stroke.
