“I am satisfied with what he is doing in Nigeria. Well done,” Pa Fasoranti said, offering prayers for continued success.
Elder statesman and Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, has praised President Bola Tinubu for his governance strides, stating the President has “surpassed” expectations since taking office.
The 98-year-old made the remark on Thursday in Akure, Ondo State, during a courtesy visit by First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, as part of her two-day working visit.
“I am satisfied with what he is doing in Nigeria. Well done,” Pa Fasoranti said, offering prayers for continued success.
According to her media aide, Busola Kukoyi, the First Lady conveyed the President’s greetings, acknowledging Fasoranti as a father figure to the couple.
As part of her Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), Senator Tinubu distributed 10,000 scrubs and crocs to South-West midwives and presented a N50 million grant for 1,000 women petty traders.
Traditional rulers also endorsed the President’s performance and re-election bid. Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa lauded ongoing federal interventions in the state, describing the visit as a boost to inclusive development.
