Health experts have outlined the best and worst sleeping positions for overall health, posture, and managing issues like back pain, acid reflux, and snoring. According to specialists cited by The Telegraph, side and back sleeping are generally the most beneficial positions, while stomach sleeping is considered the least healthy.
