WASHINGTON — Golf legend Tiger Woods made a high-profile appearance at the White House this week, just two months after going public with his relationship with Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr.
U.S. Senator Jim Banks of Indiana posted a photo Thursday of the 15-time major champion smiling inside the presidential residence. “Met @TigerWoods at the White House today!” Banks wrote on X, adding patriotic emojis.
Woods, 49, is currently recovering from an Achilles injury. He last visited the White House in February to discuss tensions between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.
In March, Woods confirmed his relationship with Vanessa, 47, in a heartfelt social media post: “Love is in the air… life is better with you by my side!”
A source noted, “They’ve both gotten used to public scrutiny… They’re both parents.”
