Despite persistent conspiracy theories surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s death, FBI director and his deputy maintain that all evidence confirms suicide, with one stating, “You know a suicide when you see one.”
BARTIROMO: You said Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. People don’t believe it.
PATEL: Listen, they have a right to their opinion, but you know a suicide when you see one, and that’s what that was.

Senior FBI officials have reiterated that Jeffrey Epstein’s 2019 death was a suicide, despite ongoing public skepticism and the proliferation of conspiracy theories.
In a recent televised exchange on FOX News, journalist Maria Bartiromo addressed the widespread doubt: “You said Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. People don’t believe it.”
Kash Patel, FBI director, responded: “Listen, they have a right to their opinion, but you know a suicide when you see one, and that’s what that was.”
Echoing the sentiment, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino added, “He killed himself. I’ve seen the whole file. He killed himself.”
