Leo Terrell, a former Fox News contributor and Trump-era DOJ lawyer, has suggested that First Lady Jill Biden could face criminal charges for “elder abuse” following President Joe Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis.
In a social media post, Terrell amplified claims that Jill Biden helped conceal the severity of her husband’s health issues.
Sharing a post that alleged, “She knew about President Biden’s health problems. But still wanted him to run for President. Evil,” Terrell commented: “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??”
The diagnosis, described as “aggressive,” sparked right-wing speculation that the president had long been ill, prompting scrutiny of his inner circle.
Former President Donald Trump, after initially offering well wishes, later claimed, “Somebody is not telling the facts. It’s a big problem.”
Vice President JD Vance also questioned Biden’s fitness, saying, “We really do need to be honest about whether the former president was capable of doing the job.”
The White House and Department of Justice have not yet responded.
