The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, has declared his withdrawal from all agreements aimed at resolving the crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), vowing to “fight on until justice is attained.”

In a statement titled “PDP Crisis: My Position” and made available on Sunday, Wike accused Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde of being the “chief culprit” behind the party’s problems.

“At the end of the meeting, we resolved to bury the hatchet and make progress… but even before the Saraki Reconciliation Committee began its work, the gentleman’s agreement… was already being crudely violated,” Wike said.

He cited the sidelining of Senator Samuel Anyanwu as PDP’s National Secretary, and the manipulation of NEC proceedings, as breaches of trust.

“Since it is now obvious that they would continue to play games… I have now firmly decided to pull out of all agreements hitherto reached,” he wrote.

Wike, a founding PDP member, said he remains committed to justice within the party.
