Secret Service calls behavior ‘unacceptable’ and confirms internal investigation is underway

Washington, D.C. — Two U.S. Secret Service officers have been suspended following a physical altercation outside former President Barack Obama’s residence last week. A video posted to X (formerly Twitter) shows the two female officers punching and shoving each other in the early hours of May 21.

One officer is heard saying over her radio, “I need a supervisor out here… immediately before I whoop this girl’s ass.” Sources say the clash began when one officer became upset over a late shift replacement.

The Secret Service confirmed the incident to The Daily Beast, calling it “unacceptable” and stating both officers were suspended pending an internal investigation. The Obamas have not commented.
