Chelsea made history on Wednesday, May 28, by becoming the first club to win all four major European competitions after defeating Real Betis 4–1 in the UEFA Conference League final in Wroclaw, Poland.

Betis opened the scoring and held a slim lead until halftime. However, Chelsea responded strongly after the break. Enzo Fernandez equalised, and five minutes later, Nicolas Jackson gave the Blues the lead. In the final minutes, Jadon Sancho and Moisés Caicedo added two more goals to seal the win.

With this triumph, Chelsea added the UEFA Conference League to their collection, having previously won the Cup Winners’ Cup, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Champions League.
Betis, meanwhile, became the first Spanish club in two decades to lose a European final, despite a promising first-half performance.
