U.S. forces are repositioned in the Gulf, awaiting orders to join the second wave of attacks.
In a major escalation, senior Israeli security officials confirmed Friday that the United States will join Israel’s military campaign against Iran — but only after Israel completes the opening phase of its offensive, dubbed Operation Am K’Lavi (“A Nation Like a Lion”).
The Israeli strikes have already destroyed major radar sites, crippled airbases, and killed top commanders, reportedly grounding Iran’s air force.
“This is not just a strike. This is an erasure of Iran’s military backbone,” said a senior defense source.
The campaign targets Iran’s nuclear scientists, missile hubs, and command centers, aiming to eliminate its ability to retaliate. Once this first wave concludes, U.S. forces will enter, reinforcing regional defense systems and preparing for broader escalation.
Western diplomatic sources confirm that American military assets in the Gulf have been repositioned and await a coordinated green light.
“We rise as a lion. We will not live in the shadow of annihilation,” an Israeli official said from Jerusalem.
