Elon Musk shares urinalysis results amid drug use accusations

“Lol,” Musk wrote as he posted a drug test showing no traces of nearly two dozen substances.

Tech billionaire Elon Musk on Tuesday shared a copy of what appeared to be his urinalysis results, aiming to shut down widespread accusations of drug use. The test, conducted a week prior, showed negative results for nearly two dozen substances, including ecstasy, ketamine, and cocaine.

“Lol,” Musk posted on X alongside a photo of the lab results at 3:44 a.m. ET.

The post followed a wave of media reports claiming Musk used various drugs during the 2024 campaign, including ketamine, Adderall, and psychedelic mushrooms. A New York Times report also alleged he traveled with a box of pills and had bladder issues.

Musk has admitted to past use of ketamine for mental health, but denies current use of the anesthetic. He has also faced scrutiny over his reported use of Ambien and other substances.

In recent weeks, Musk’s erratic online behavior — including a fiery post accusing Trump of Epstein ties — fueled speculation, which he later walked back, saying: “I regret some of my posts.”
