The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has released a revised list of service fees.

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has released a revised list of service fees, which will take effect from August 1, 2025. The changes follow a comprehensive review influenced by current economic realities, rising operational costs, and stakeholder consultations.

In a public notice issued on Tuesday, the CAC stated that the adjustments aim to improve service delivery, sustain operations, and support ongoing digital transformation. “The reviewed fees reflect the prevailing economic conditions and are necessary to support our continued digital transformation and quality service delivery,” the notice read.

Among the changes, small companies will now pay ₦50,000 for voluntary striking-off, up from ₦25,000, while public companies will pay ₦100,000. Other reviewed charges include due diligence searches (₦50,000), AGM extensions, historical search reports, and certified true copies.

The Commission urged all stakeholders to comply with the new fee structure before the implementation date. Full details are available on the CAC platform.
