Netanyahu has surpassed Adolf Hitler in committing acts of genocide

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday escalated his criticism of Israel, accusing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of surpassing Adolf Hitler in committing genocide. In a fiery address, Erdogan defended Iran’s recent military retaliation against Israeli airstrikes, calling it “natural, legal, and legitimate.”

The remarks follow Israel’s large-scale bombing campaign targeting Iranian nuclear and military sites, which Erdogan condemned as destabilizing and reckless. “The blood of massacred civilians stains not only Israel’s hands but also those who remain silent,” he said.

Erdogan reiterated support for Iran’s missile strikes, labeling them a justified response to Israel’s “thuggery and state terrorism.” The Turkish leader also cited Israeli actions in Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen as part of a broader pattern of aggression.

Despite severed diplomatic ties and a May 2024 trade embargo, Erdogan’s comments reinforce Turkey’s efforts to position itself as a regional mediator, though critics accuse him of hypocrisy and moral inversion.
