U.S. President Donald Trump warned that “there are many targets left” in Iran following coordinated American airstrikes on three major Iranian nuclear sites.
The strikes—launched early Sunday—targeted the Fordo, Isfahan, and Natanz facilities using stealth bombers and submarine-launched Tomahawk missiles. The operation marks the United States’ formal entry into Israel’s war with Iran, aiming to cripple Tehran’s nuclear program.
“These were the most lethal sites… there are many targets left,” Trump said during a televised address from the White House, adding that the facilities were “completely and fully obliterated.”
Iran acknowledged the attacks but maintained that its nuclear operations would continue. The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran stated there was no radiation leak or danger to surrounding populations.
The development has escalated tensions in the region, raising concerns about broader conflict as global powers urge restraint.
