“No incriminating ‘client list’… no credible evidence Epstein blackmailed anyone,” the memo reads.
A newly surfaced internal memo from the Department of Justice and FBI reaffirms that Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide and denies the existence of any “client list” linked to his alleged trafficking network.
Obtained by Fox News Digital, the two-page memo states: “This systemic review revealed no incriminating ‘client list’… no credible evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals.”
It also confirms that Epstein died by suicide at New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019.
The memo aligns with past conclusions from the NYC Medical Examiner and DOJ Inspector General. “From the time Epstein was locked in his cell… until around 6:30 a.m., nobody entered,” it reads.
This contradicts a February claim by Attorney General Pam Bondi, who said on Fox News she had a “client list” on her desk.
Epstein, who pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor in 2008, faced fresh charges in 2019 before his death. His associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, was later sentenced to 20 years in prison.
