Lexi Noel, a prominent voice in the @mahagirlss movement, is urging young people to return to “real, whole, single-ingredient, unprocessed foods that God created.”

“70 percent of serotonin, our feel-good hormone, is made in our gut, so if we eat bad, we are going to feel bad mentally and physically, so I think it’s crucial that we fuel our bodies with real, whole, single ingredient, unprocessed foods that God created and designed us to eat to make us feel our best.”

Gen Z influencer @lexinoelv, who is part of the @mahagirlss movement, shares the key to healthy living, as she celebrates the accomplishments of HHS Secretary @RobertKennedyJr and suggests what the MAHA movement should focus on next.
