We do not recognize the leadership of Kingsley Ogga. Ogga was expelled from the party in 2022 right from his Ward, to LGA, which was ratified by the State executive
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kogi State has reaffirmed the expulsion of its former state chairman, Kingsley Ogga, insisting that his alleged return is “a figment of his imagination.” This was disclosed on Monday during the State Working Committee (SWC) and stakeholders meeting held at Lily Hotel, Lokoja.
Addressing journalists after the meeting, the State Public Relations Officer, Mr. Johnson Tayo, said, “We do not recognize the leadership of Kingsley Ogga. Ogga was expelled from the party in 2022 right from his Ward, to LGA, which was ratified by the State executive.”
Tayo also described the rumoured suspension of Yagba Federal Constituency representative, Hon. Leke Abejide, as laughable, declaring Abejide as the undisputed leader of the party at both state and national levels.
He further called on security agencies to apprehend Ogga for impersonation, alleging that he has been forging party members’ signatures, causing harm to the party’s image in the state.
