Pastor Abel Damina says tattoos are permissible for Christians if they glorify God, citing New Testament teachings.
Pastor Abel Damina, founder of Power City International Ministry, says tattoos are not sinful if the inscriptions glorify God.
Speaking on the 234 Mzansi Podcast with actor Nedu Wozabia, he explained that while tattoos were prohibited in the Old Testament, “Jesus has abolished that law” in the New Testament.
“So, if you want to have a tattoo, God is not against it. It’s your body. But make sure what you are putting there honours God and has meaning,” he said.
