Tinubu has begun a 10-day vacation in France and the UK as part of his 2025 annual leave, according to the Presidency.

President Bola Tinubu on Thursday departed Abuja for a 10-day vacation in Europe as part of his 2025 annual leave.

In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the Presidency disclosed that the President would spend his break in France and the United Kingdom before returning to Nigeria.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today, September 4, to commence a working vacation in Europe, as part of his 2025 annual leave,” Onanuga said. “The vacation will last 10 working days.”

The statement further explained that the President will split his time between France and the UK before resuming official duties in Nigeria. Tinubu’s trip marks part of the routine annual leave for the country’s leader, following months of domestic and international engagements.

The Presidency did not provide details of the President’s specific activities abroad but emphasized that he would return immediately after the scheduled leave.
