Tate denies all allegations, calling them “a pack of lies” and asserting all acts were consensual.
Influencer Andrew Tate is facing a civil lawsuit from four women accusing him of rape, coercive control, and physical abuse during alleged incidents between 2013 and 2015.
According to court documents, one claimant says Tate told her, “I’m just debating whether to rape you or not,” before assaulting her. Another woman claims Tate whispered “good girl” during rape, having previously threatened her with a gun.
One woman alleges she was choked unconscious at his Luton flat, while another said Tate’s strangling left burst capillaries around her eyes.
All four allege lasting psychological trauma. Three reported Tate to Hertfordshire police in 2019, but no charges were filed.
Tate denies all allegations, calling them “gross fabrications,” and claims all sexual activity was consensual. His lawyers argue the case is time-barred.
The civil claims, now before the UK High Court, come as Tate remains under criminal investigation in Romania and the UK for trafficking and rape. A hearing is scheduled for April 15.
