A House Oversight subcommittee has voted to subpoena former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over their alleged connections to Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein.
The motion, introduced by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) during a Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee hearing, passed by voice vote without a roll call. Perry included the Clintons and several former top Justice Department officials, including James Comey, Robert Mueller, Merrick Garland, Loretta Lynch, and others, to expand the committee’s ongoing probe into Maxwell.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) must formally issue the subpoenas before testimony or documents can be compelled.
“Subpoenas will be issued in the future,” a committee spokesperson told The Post.

The panel also approved a measure seeking DOJ communications with Biden administration officials related to Epstein. Maxwell, serving a 20-year sentence, has been subpoenaed for deposition on August 11 at her Florida prison.
