The officer, a 2003 intake member attached to the elite Special Operations Command (Service No: NAF 03/21103), was confined on orders of Group Captain Ofile despite explaining his illness. His sister, Numdarai Joy Wulumba, revealed he called her on May 4, 2025, stating, “My late brother called me that day to say he was being sent to the guardroom… his offence was arriving late due to illness, but his commander wouldn’t listen” .
