Sean “Diddy” Combs faces a new sexual assault investigation in Los Angeles over alleged incidents involving music producer Jonathan Hay, while serving a 50-month prison sentence.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh sexual assault allegations, reportedly involving music producer Jonathan Hay, stemming from incidents in 2020 and 2021, according to a report from THE SUN U.S..
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau is investigating the claims after receiving a report from Florida police, where Hay resides.
The report, filed in September, alleges that Combs sexually assaulted Hay on multiple occasions, including forcing himself on him and tossing a semen-stained shirt afterward.
Hay, who previously filed a civil lawsuit against Combs in July, provided police with pictures and videos showing his association with CJ Wallace, son of the late Notorious B.I.G., who allegedly facilitated the incidents.
Wallace has denied the allegations, describing them as “wildly false and defamatory” and part of a “calculated smear campaign,” while requesting a jury trial and damages.
Combs, 55, was found guilty in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, following drug-fueled parties and abuse against ex-partner Cassie Ventura. He was sentenced in October to 50 months in prison and fined $500,000.
In court, Combs apologised to Ventura, admitting, “I know that the disgusting video triggered people. I was sick… I needed help, but I didn’t get the help.”
Judge Arun Subramanian said he was “not assured” Combs would stop his crimes if released.
