A woman who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexual assault told The New York Times that she twice urged the FBI to investigate Donald Trump. Maria Farmer said she first raised concerns in 1996, when she reported her assault by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and again in 2006. She cited a 1995 encounter involving Trump at Epstein’s Manhattan office.
“The encounter with Mr. Trump,” Farmer said, occurred when Epstein called her in late at night. Trump arrived in a suit and “started to hover over her,” staring at her legs. Epstein entered and reportedly told Trump, “No, no. She’s not here for you.” Farmer recalled Trump saying she looked 16.
White House Communications Director Steven Cheung denied the account, stating, “The president was never in his office. The fact is that the president kicked him out of his club for being a creep.”
The Times noted the material was never fully investigated or corroborated.
