“Every time they say something or do something to try to quash the fact that he was most likely murdered, they just put their foot further down their mouths,” Mark Epstein said.
Jeffrey Epstein’s brother has dismissed as “stupid” official claims ruling out murder in the disgraced financier’s 2019 jail death.
“Every time they say something or do something to try to quash the fact that he was most likely murdered, they just put their foot further down their mouths,” Mark Epstein told NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo on Tuesday.
He mocked FBI Director Kash Patel’s statement: “You know a suicide when you see it,” noting Patel is not a forensic pathologist.
“When Kash Patel came out with that statement, I laughed at how stupid it was,” he added.
Mark Epstein pointed to two medical examiners, Dr. Kristin Roman and Dr. Michael Baden, who could not definitively rule suicide.
The Department of Justice this week reaffirmed there was no evidence of homicide and said Epstein left no “client list,” despite prior claims.
Epstein died in 2019 in a Manhattan prison while awaiting trial for sex trafficking.
