Federal investigators are probing whether pro-trans groups and online communities connected to Tyler Robinson had foreknowledge of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
Federal investigators have widened their probe into the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk to determine whether pro-trans and online groups connected to suspect Tyler Robinson had prior knowledge of the plan, law enforcement sources told The Post.
Authorities are examining online gaming communities such as Steam and Utah-based pro-trans group Armed Queers SLC, which deleted its Instagram account after Kirk was killed on Sept. 10 at Utah Valley University. Flyers obtained by Young America’s Foundation show the group previously hosted a 2023 “queer resistance” lecture featuring communist symbols and pro-gun imagery.
Investigators are also reviewing troubling social media posts hinting at Kirk’s death before the shooting. One Sept. 9 post read, “Charlie kirk is coming to my college tomorrow i rlly hope someone evaporates him literally,” followed by, “Lets just say something big will happen tomorrow.” Other posts surfaced on TikTok predicting harm to Kirk.
Gov. Spencer Cox confirmed Robinson’s partner, who is transgender, is cooperating with investigators and “had no idea this was happening.” He added, “It’s very clear to us and to the investigators that this was a person who was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.”
The FBI declined to comment on the investigation, while Armed Queers SLC could not be reached.
