The much-anticipated FUTA Alumni North America Reunion 2025 officially kicked off today, Thursday, July 17, in Los Angeles, bringing together graduates of the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) from across the U.S., Canada, Nigeria, and beyond.
Held at Hilton Orange County, Costa Mesa, California, the four-day event themed “Let’s Go Wild Wide West” runs from July 17 to 20, featuring a mix of fun, networking, and formal activities.
Day one opens with a Meet and Greet, followed by optional adventures tomorrow such as go-karting, escape rooms, scavenger hunts, and a Beach Party at Huntington State Beach. Saturday includes soccer, pool hangouts, a mandatory business meeting, and an elegant Gala Night. The event wraps up Sunday with a farewell breakfast.
