Jim Tully, chairman of the local GOP, released a statement on X affirming the party’s “full and unwavering support” for Greene.
“Congresswoman Greene has consistently demonstrated steadfast commitment to the citizens of Northwest Georgia. She has served with honor, conviction, and uncompromising dedication to the principles that define both our district and our nation,” Tully said. He highlighted her advocacy for “the sanctity of life, the right to free speech, and the protections guaranteed under the Second Amendment,” as well as her strong stance on supporting American families and prioritizing taxpayer dollars for domestic initiatives.
Tully described Greene’s “America First, America Only approach” as reflecting the values of her constituents and praised her “willingness to speak candidly… even in the face of political pressure.” He added, “Recent national criticism directed at Congresswoman Greene does not change the fundamental truth that she serves at the direction of the people of this district.”
