Meghan Markle may be extending an olive branch to King Charles with a carefully curated gift box from her lifestyle brand “As Ever”, royal sources claim.
Meghan Markle has reportedly sent a gift box from her lifestyle brand “As Ever” to King Charles III at Clarence House, in what insiders believe may be a reconciliatory gesture.
According to U.K. royal correspondent Neil Sean, “a very well-placed source” confirmed the delivery of a “sample box of delights,” including jams, honey, crêpe mix, and a handwritten note. “This was a gifted idea from… the Duchess of Sussex,” Sean told Fox News Digital.
The unverified report follows King Charles’ recent hospitalization and the celebration of his 20th wedding anniversary with Queen Camilla. Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner called it “her way of showing compassion,” while others viewed it as a strategic brand promotion.
“King Charles III appreciates organic and artisanal foods,” said royal commentator Hilary Fordwich, though she noted royal aides may see the gesture as “insecure.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped back from royal duties in 2020 and currently reside in California with their two children.
