The Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Binta Adamu Bello, has ordered an immediate investigation into sexual abuse, intimidation, and exploitation allegations against Dr. Daniel Olukoya, General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM).
Vincent Adekoye, NAPTIP’s Chief Press Officer, confirmed receipt of a detailed petition, telling SaharaReporters the agency is taking the matter seriously.
“The Director of NAPTIP, Binta Adamu Bello, has directed immediate investigation into the issues raised in the petition. The DG is a passionate and caring person who is concerned with the plight of all, so she will ensure that justice is served in the matter where necessary,” Adekoye stated.
The petition, signed by Dipo Olujobi, alleges sexual assault, blackmail, and systemic cover-ups. It follows a protest by the Concerned Mothers Advocacy Group at NAPTIP headquarters, demanding urgent action and justice for victims.
