Speaking during the inauguration of the NUJ Warri Press Centre, Enisuoh stated, “Nobody can steal from your environment without your collaboration.” He warned that foreign actors exploit this indifference, citing cases of trucks from Niger Republic using hidden tanks and cloned plates to smuggle oil.
