The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has commenced applications for its Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) Course 34/2025. The recruitment is open to graduates and postgraduates across various professions.
According to a notice signed by Air Vice Marshal H.A. Bakarai for the Chief of Air Staff, applications are FREE and available online from August 27 to October 7, 2025.
“Are you a graduate seeking an opportunity to serve your nation with pride and professionalism? The Nigerian Air Force is inviting applications into the Direct Short Service Course (DSSC) 34/2025 across various professions,” NAF posted on X.
Applicants must be Nigerian by birth, aged 20–32 (40 for medical doctors), and meet specified physical and academic requirements. Minimum qualification is Second-Class Lower or Lower Credit for HND, with NYSC discharge or exemption.
Shortlisted candidates will sit for an aptitude test before selection interviews. NAF stressed the process is entirely free and strictly online.
