EFCC Declares Sujimoto CEO Wanted Over Alleged Fund Diversion

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared Olasijibomi Ogundele, Chief Executive Officer of Sujimoto Luxury Construction Limited, wanted over allegations of diversion of funds and money laundering.

The anti-graft agency announced this in a notice released on Friday by its spokesperson, Dele Oyewale.


Tambuwal Reaffirms Commitment to Opposition Coalition Against Tinubu

Former Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal, has said he remains fully committed to efforts by opposition leaders to unseat President Bola Tinubu.

The Petroleum Tanker Drivers branch of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) has threatened to stop loading fuel from Monday, September 8, following a dispute with the Dangote Refinery.

The union said the conflict stemmed from the refinery’s plan to deploy 4,000 CNG-powered trucks for direct fuel distribution.
