A man fell from a top floor of Cocoa House in Ibadan, causing panic. Odu’a confirms incident, investigation ongoing.
A yet-to-be-identified man reportedly fell from a top floor of the 26-storey Cocoa House in Ibadan, Oyo State, early Monday, triggering panic among occupants.
“When the incident happened, I initially thought it was a large bird falling from the sky… I realised it was a human being,” an eyewitness said.
Another witness described how the victim “hit a roof beside the security post before landing on the ground.”
Odu’a Investment Company, which manages the property, confirmed the incident in a statement, saying, “The individual was swiftly attended to and taken to UCH, Ibadan, for urgent medical attention.”
