Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says a decision on Jack Grealish’s future will be made after the season ends. Grealish, signed for £100 million in 2021, has struggled for game time and was benched during City’s FA Cup final loss to Crystal Palace.
“We didn’t talk, I didn’t talk with him,” Guardiola said. “These things belong to the agents and the club… What is going to happen will happen, but he has to come back to start to play minutes again.”
Guardiola acknowledged Grealish won’t be happy about the situation, adding that players want to play and are rarely satisfied when benched.
