Omoyele Sowore, Nnamdi Kanu’s brother, and lawyer Aloy Ejimakor have regained freedom after meeting their bail conditions.
Omoyele Sowore, Nnamdi Kanu’s brother Prince Emmanuel, and Kanu’s Special Counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, have been released from Kuje Prison after meeting their bail conditions.
The trio, alongside others, were arrested in Abuja during the #FreeNnamdiKanuNow protest. Sowore was detained by police after visiting the Federal High Court for Kanu’s trial. They were arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Kuje, which granted them bail on Friday.
In a video shared by SaharaReporters on Monday, they were seen leaving the prison, carrying their belongings and singing solidarity songs. DAILY POST earlier reported that Ejimakor had collapsed in custody and was treated at the Kuje Prison clinic.
