He explained that he has six children from three partners and over 100 others conceived through sperm donations.
Telegram founder Pavel Durov plans to leave his $13.9 billion fortune to over 100 children he has fathered, he revealed in an interview with French magazine Le Point.
The 40-year-old tech billionaire said the inheritance will not be distributed for another 30 years.
“I want them to live like normal people, to build themselves up alone, to learn to trust themselves, to be able to create, not to be dependent on a bank account,” Durov said.
He explained that he has six children from three partners and over 100 others conceived through sperm donations. “The clinic, where I started donating sperm 15 years ago to help a friend, told me that more than 100 babies had been conceived this way in 12 countries,” he added.
“All will have the same rights,” he emphasized.
Durov also addressed French criminal allegations against him, calling them “absurd.” He argued, “Just because criminals use our messaging service among many others doesn’t make those who run it criminals.”
