Donald Trump says Elon Musk has “lost his mind” and plans to get rid of the Tesla he bought from the billionaire, following their dramatic falling out.

Donald Trump says Elon Musk has “lost his mind” and plans to sell the Tesla he bought from him earlier this year, in a symbolic break from their once-close relationship. “He’s got a problem,” Trump told CNN on Friday morning, adding, “I’m not even thinking about Elon.”

Their feud erupted after Musk reignited Trump’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein, alleging the former president is “in the Epstein files” and claiming Trump wouldn’t have won in 2016 without his help. In response, Trump dismissed Musk as “crazy.”

The Tesla, which Trump turned into a showpiece on the White House South Lawn, was still parked there on Friday. However, officials told CNN he plans to sell or give it away.

Reports also claim Trump was taking a mix of ecstasy and magic mushrooms during his 2024 campaign, adding fuel to the tensions.

Despite Musk later softening his tone online, telling a fan they “weren’t wrong” to call for reconciliation, Trump remains firm.
