Trump silenced online rumors of his death with a public appearance alongside his granddaughter.
President Donald Trump has quashed online rumors of his death after taking a brief break from public appearances this week. The speculation grew when the White House released a blank Labor Day weekend schedule, following Trump’s last public event on Tuesday. Hashtags like #TrumpIsDead and #WhereIsTrump trended on X Friday night.
However, the president appeared alive and well Saturday morning at the White House. Dressed in a white polo, black pants, and a red MAGA hat, Trump was photographed with his granddaughter Kai as they headed to his golf club in Sterling, Virginia.
While not seen on Friday, Trump posted on Truth Social: “ALL TARIFFS ARE STILL IN EFFECT!… If these Tariffs ever went away, it would be a total disaster for the Country.”
