Multiple U.S. government agencies, including the FBI and State Department, are preparing to release long-sealed investigation documents on Friday relating to Nigerian President Bola Tinubu’s alleged 1990s drug case. The disclosure follows a federal court order mandating their release under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by transparency advocate Aaron Greenspan.
