Evangelist Solomon Oshoffa, the Personal Assistant to the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ, Rev. Emmanuel Oshoffa, has taken a swipe at those suggesting that he is nursing an ambition to become the Pastor of the church.
Speaking on the occasion of his 50th birthday celebration during a sermon in Lagos, he said God has not called him to lead the church.
According to him, being a peripatetic preacher does not mean he has an ambition to become the pastor of the church, stating that the position is not the exclusive preserve of the Oshoffa family. He said:” I’ve had series of calls.You want to be pastor. Who told you it’s the Oshoffa family that must be pastor?Who said that to you? Who told you you can’t be the pastor?This is me. I’m a radical preacher.”
