The full video of the assault on Iryna Zarutska has been released, showing Decarlos Brown Jr. stabbing her in the throat area multiple times.
Zarutska covered her face with her hands before collapsing from her chair as she bled to death. Reports note that Brown had been released from custody 14 times prior to the attack.
