Nigerian rapper Olamide says he has cut out traditional heavy meals like Amala in favour of lighter, healthier options to maintain energy.

Nigerian rap legend Olamide has revealed a significant dietary shift, saying he no longer eats traditional heavy meals like Amala. In a YouTube interview with Korty EO released Sunday, August 3, the YBNL boss said such dishes often left him feeling sluggish.

Olamide added that the change supports his health goals and helps him stay active and energised.
